How do I cancel a booking?+
Open the app or website, go to Profile → My Bookings, and tap the booking you want to cancel. Cancellations more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we may offer a reschedule.
When will my session be confirmed?+
After payment our team reviews and confirms within 24 hours. You'll get an email and a push notification when it's approved.
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@bluecouchperformances.com from your account email and we'll process the deletion within 30 days. We retain payment records for 7 years as required by US tax law (see Privacy Policy).
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — see our Terms of Service for the full policy. Short version: full refund 48+ hours out, discretionary inside 48 hours, automatic full refund if we cancel.
I'm not getting notifications.+
Check that notifications are enabled in your phone's Settings → Blue Couch Performances. On iOS you can also tap-and-hold a notification to manage delivery. If still stuck, email support and we'll dig in.
